SAILING CENTER

Участок, предложенный для разработки проекта «Центр парусного спорта», находится на юго-западе Санкт-Петербурга в Кировском районе на участке, ограниченном улицей Адмирала Черокова, берегом Невской губы и промышленной зоной.

Комплекс предназначен для занятий парусным спортом, приема путешественников на яхтах и обслуживания, ремонта, зимнего хранения судов, а также для отдыха и развлечений.

В настоящее время на данном участке уже существует гавань, отделенная от Невской губы молом и несколько пирсов с расположенными на них эллингами, не отвечающими современным требованиям, в частности пожарной безопасности. Проектом запланирована перестройка данных сооружений.

Проектирование комплекса связано с тем, что в последние годы количество яхт и прогулочных судов различного класса в Санкт-Петербурге значительно возросло, при этом инфраструктура, предназначенная для обслуживания возросшего спроса судовладельцев почти не развивается.

ARCHITECTURAL AND PLANNING SOLUTIONS

One of the main tasks facing the design was a clear functional delimitation of the harbor. The current harbor does not meet modern requirements either in terms of its size or arrangement, however, in the project, this harbor will be preserved and improved as a technical and additional one. A new semi-circular pier will be built, forming a new front harbour. In addition to its main function, the new pier is also a promenade. The new front harbor, depending on the class and size of ships, can accommodate from two hundred and thirty yachts, boats and boats. About two hundred more ships can be placed in the technical and additional harbor.
The sailing complex consists of a sports and entertainment complex, a hotel and a yacht club, forming a square that is the culmination of the promenade.

The hotel is a meridional building oriented to the north. The building is triangular in plan. This is dictated by two factors:

1. All rooms have a water view.

2. This form ensures the correct insolation of the rooms.

On the south side, the hotel has an atrium. The sports and entertainment block includes a water park, an oceanarium, a sports section and a promenade and restaurant area located under the structure and opening onto the square. All buildings of the block are united by a distribution lobby. The facades of the buildings are made in the form of sails. As a result, all the buildings of the complex form the image of a ship's bow with sails behind it.
