Draft Design (DD)
Lead time: 5-8 weeks.

Project composition:
- Improvement plan.
- Scheme of organizing a land plot with a preliminary planting of a house on the site.
- Floor plans (with explication of the premises and indication of the main overall dimensions).
- Schemes of facades (indicating the proposed finishing materials). Color decision.
- Section showing the main heights and dimensions.
- 3D visualization of the house.
Working draft
Architectural Solutions (AS)
Lead time: 8-16 weeks.

- General information.
- Situational plan with the landing of the house on the master plan.
- Masonry or assembly floor plans.
- Floor plans.
- List of filling window and door openings.
- List of exterior finishes.
- Cuts.
- Facades indicating the required dimensions and finishing materials.

- Fragments, knots and sections.
- Filling specification.
